Warranty guidance

Keep your invoice and product labels. Manufacturer coverage and claim processes vary by product and brand.

Prototype notice: these are design-ready sample guidelines, not final commercial terms. Publish only brand-authorised coverage and processes.

Who provides the warranty?

Unless the final listing states otherwise, warranty coverage is provided by the product manufacturer or authorised distributor under its own terms. Helmet Hub can help route an eligible request but does not expand the manufacturer’s coverage.

What may be covered

Coverage commonly addresses verified manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship during the stated period. The applicable period and remedy must be shown on the product page, packaging or warranty document.

Common exclusions

  • Impact, crash or drop damage.
  • Normal wear, scratches, odour, fading or liner compression.
  • Improper cleaning, storage, modification or accessory installation.
  • Damage from chemicals, fuel, solvents, adhesives or excessive heat.
  • Consumables such as visor films or parts described as wear items.
  • A missing or altered serial label, invoice or required proof.

Start a claim

  1. Stop using the product if the issue may affect safe operation.
  2. Collect the invoice, model, serial/batch label and clear photographs.
  3. Describe when the issue appeared and any relevant use conditions.
  4. Contact support to receive the correct brand route and packing instructions.

Inspection and outcome

The manufacturer or service partner determines whether a reported issue qualifies and whether it is repaired, replaced or declined. Do not send an item before receiving a case reference and instructions.
