IMPORTANT NOTE - All Unbrako fasteners that are supplied in a black oxidized finish need to be covered with a thin coat of oil, especially after washing. You can also use WD40 instead of oil for this. This is to prevent the development of rust on the fasteners.

Installation Guide

The KTM Duke Handlebar Risers are designed for easy and secure installation, with all necessary high-strength Unbrako steel bolts and Nyloc nuts included in the kit. CNC-machined precision ensures accurate alignment with the handlebar clamp, allowing for a simple setup without the need for modifications. For the new Duke 390, replacing the stock clutch cable with the longer Bajaj RS200 clutch cable is recommended to maintain free and smooth movement after the height increase.

Care and storage

1. Periodically inspect the riser bolts and nuts for tightness, especially after long rides, and retighten if required.
2. Clean the risers using mild soap and water, then wipe dry to prevent moisture buildup.
3. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the anodized finish and reduce long-term durability.

Things to Remember

1. Ensure the riser bolts are properly seated in the clamp before tightening or loosening to prevent damage or slippage.
2. Use the provided high-strength Unbrako bolts with Nyloc nuts for a secure, vibration-resistant fit.
3. For the new Duke 390, replace the stock clutch cable with the longer Bajaj RS200 clutch cable to allow free movement after installation.
