With a 72L capacity, this universal luggage system carries enough for a 2-3 week trip (if you pack right!) and works on almost all motorcycles. Using the MOLLE loop system and compression straps, you can choose to add on a 2/3 person camping tent, a sleeping bag or the POD 12L/ POD 22L expanders to better organize & separate out your stuff. The bag comes with an external rain cover and a detachable shoulder belt.

Built to last:
Triple stitch on all joints for improved strength
Bar tacked at all stress points for added reinforcement
Tough, tear-resistant polyester webbing used all through for superior strength.
Nylon thread for all stitching as it has a higher strength to linear density ratio (Tenacity) than polyester thread and enhances seam integrity.

- One strap goes under the tail lamp to prevent the bag from sliding forward
- Two straps loop through the rear footpeg stays to secure the bag in place
- Simple Double-D ring mounting and does not require any additional stays/racks

Wash and Care

1. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth using mild soap and water.
2. Avoid harsh chemicals or fabric stain removers, as they may damage the material.
3. If there are stains which you are not able to remove using a damp cloth, use a soft bristled brush soaked in a mild pH neutral soap and rinse off using cold water. Please note that using the brush could lead to piling which will not be covered under warranty.
4. Ensure all zippers and buckles are free from dirt and debris to maintain smooth operation.
5. Allow the bag to air dry completely before storage to prevent moisture buildup and fabric deterioration. Store away from the sun & other heat sources.
6. Remove bags from the bike when not in use to avoid fabric fading.
7. Dry-cleaning or machine washing or using a clothes dryers or hand/dhobi washing or soaking will void the warranty as this will damage the special coatings that the fabric has.
8. Do not alter the product or get it repaired at an unauthorized repair centre as this will void the warranty.
9. When you are storing the bag, please do not stuff the item into a smaller space/container as this will damage the coating and void the warranty.

Things to Remember

1. Don’t compress the raincover aggressively, it may weaken seam tapes over time.
2. Ensure straps are fastened securely and excess slack is tucked away before you ride.
3. Distribute weight evenly across the bags and pack starting with the overhangs.

• Is the regular Claw Tailbag waterproof?

  Yes. The Claw regular comes with a seam-sealed external raincover which protects the content from light showers. If you intend to use the bag in moderate to heavy rain, consider the 100% waterproof claw variant with roll top construction and inner liner.

• Can I mount the Claw on any motorcycle?

  Yes, the universal mounting system is compatible with most motorcycles. It doesn’t require a dedicated rack, just secure it with the provided straps and you’re good to go.

• Is the mounting stable for long-distance rides or off-road use?

  Absolutely. The Claw uses a 3-point anchoring system with compression straps to hold the bag firmly in place and prevent shifting, even on rough terrain.

• Does the bag need additional stays?

  No, stays are not needed.
