Presenting the Breeze cooling vest. A simple solution to keep your core temperatures stable while riding (or doing other outdoor activities) in the hot sunny weather, and thereby preventing fatigue due to excessive heat.
The Breeze vest works by using natural evaporation cooling of water to keep you comfortable and cool. Designed specifically to be used with a ventilated mesh jacket for maximum results.
Construction -
- The vest is made up of high water retention polymer, sandwiched between an outer moisture permeable fabric and an inner layer that prevents you from getting wet.
- Outer fabric - Moisture permeable
Inner lining - TPU + polyester
Side mesh fabric - Polyester
Filling - Absorbent material + Polyester

How it should feel
New cheek pads should feel snug and move the skin when the helmet moves. The helmet should not rotate freely, create a concentrated pressure point, or obstruct vision.
Fit checks
- Measure horizontally above the eyebrows and around the widest point.
- Start with the chart; model shape and hair can affect fit.
- Wear the helmet for 10–15 minutes indoors before removing labels.
- Confirm the retention strap can be correctly secured.
