Can’t decide between two sizes?
Go with the larger one. Our shoes are designed to hug your foot, but it’s better to have a little extra room than to feel too cramped.
Measure your foot in 30 seconds.
- Grab a sheet of A4 paper, a pencil, and find a wall to lean against
- Place the sheet on the floor, with the edge against the wall
- With bare feet or in socks, place your foot on the paper, with your heel pressed firmly against the wall
- Draw a line where your longest toe ends
- Measure the distance between the edge of the paper (the wall) and this line: this is the length of your foot in cm.

New cheek pads should feel snug and move the skin when the helmet moves. The helmet should not rotate freely, create a concentrated pressure point, or obstruct vision.

- Measure horizontally above the eyebrows and around the widest point.
- Start with the chart; model shape and hair can affect fit.
- Wear the helmet for 10–15 minutes indoors before removing labels.
- Confirm the retention strap can be correctly secured.
